When you sign up for Homefast with your estate agent, you will receive an introductory phone call from your own personal home move consultant, to outline how it works. They will advise how to log in to your own personal Homefast account where only the relevant questions for your property will be presented to you; and where all the questions can be completed and saved online, then revisited at any time. If you have any problems at all, you can simply call your personal home move consultant - think of them as your own personal assistant for moving home.
Jo came to Homefast from estate agency where she worked for over 15 years and helped hundreds of people move home. Now at Homefast she loves helping customers find their way through what can seem very confusing paperwork. She particularly enjoys unravelling complex property title deeds. Jo is a mum of two and keeps the team here at Homefast motivated with her fabulous baking.

Laura has worked in estate agency since she was 16 years old – including an estate agency in Australia - and loves hearing people’s moving stories. Of all the different elements of the buying and selling process, she enjoys the part that results in the property actually being bought (or sold), which makes her perfectly suited to work in conveyancing . What customers can find confusing and a chore, Laura simply enjoys and is always able to work it through. When she’s not at work Laura enjoys her holidays in the sun.
