Jo came to Homefast from estate agency where she worked for over 15 years and helped hundreds of people move home. Now at Homefast she loves helping customers find their way through what can seem very confusing paperwork. She particularly enjoys unravelling complex property title deeds. Jo is a mum of two and keeps the team here at Homefast motivated with her fabulous baking.
Recently promoted to the role of Home Move Consultant Megan is already proving an asset to the Homefast team. She has shown time and time again how the value of using a conveyancing packaging service makes moving simpler and faster by preparing customers to be ready to start the legal process as soon as they receive an offer on their property.
With a busy homelife, including being first-time dad to baby Theo, Damien particularly appreciates how difficult it can be to find time for complicated administration when there are so many other things going on in life. His approach to our Homefast customers is empathetic and understanding and he goes above and beyond to ensure his customers’ paperwork is completed in a thorough and timely manner.
Michael has been in estate agency for over 5 years and now enjoys both the problem solving aspect of Homefast and providing excellent customer service through support and open communication. Michael’s commitment to customers has been rewarded with several awards for his excellent customer service. Originally from County Tyrone Michael came to Manchester to study for his degree in 2010 and is now engaged to be married. In his spare time he enjoys the cinema and hiking.
Lisa has worked in estate agency as a negotiator and as a property valuation manager so has a wealth of advice she can offer. Lisa particularly enjoys helping customers to make it through the buying and selling process in a way that suits the individual customer, firmly believing there is no such thing as a stupid question. Lisa has always lived in the local vicinity of Cheadle and is mum of 3. In her spare time she enjoys dancing, sampling new restaurants and encouraging the children to take an interest in a varied range of activities and sports.
Gemma has spent all her working life in the property industry and having recently moved house herself, has first-hand experience of the joys and pitfalls of the process, so is well placed to advise and reassure her customers. She is friendly and professional at all times and likes customers to feel they and their property are in safe hands – which they are! As a mum to a three year old boy Gemma has a busy life which includes yoga, long walks and spending time with her extended family.
With extensive experience in all aspects of estate agency including new builds as well as second hand sales and purchases, Michelle now concentrates on helping people to move on the conveyancing side. There is nothing Michelle doesn’t know about all types of property sale and purchase, whether it be freehold, leasehold, buy-to-let or even in a designated conservation area and her customers are always very relieved to have her expertise on hand. Mum of two, most of Michelle’s life revolves around property; she is a homeowner herself, has been a landlord in the past and is about to undergo a big renovation project to remodel the family home.
Monica is responsible for the day to day running of the office as well as completing admin duties. She managed a team in a lettings centre before moving to Homefast. Monica is very hard-working and always happy to help anybody out.
